Privacy statement

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This statement describes information handled through The Nitro Georgia Football Show website and when you contact us.

Visiting this site

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The hosting platform may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. When sign-in is required, the platform handles authentication. Its processing is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy.

We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts to this website. The site does not offer visitor accounts, comments, or newsletter subscriptions.

Contacting the show

If you email info@nitrocfb.com, you provide your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss sponsorships or other show-related matters. Email is handled outside this website by the email services involved.

Sponsorship form

The sponsorship form collects your name, company or brand, email address, message, and optional budget range. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss sponsorship opportunities. Submissions are stored in the site’s hosting services, emailed to info@nitrocfb.com through Resend, and sent to our private Notion sponsorship database. They are not published on the website. If an external service is unavailable, the inquiry remains saved on the site for the owner to review.

For spam prevention, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a form submission is automated. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent, TLS fingerprint, and the site where the widget appears. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details. The site also stores a temporary, hashed identifier derived from your IP address and the current hour, plus a submission counter. These identifiers expire and are removed when later submissions are processed. We do not store your raw IP address in the sponsorship database. Hosting providers may separately maintain access logs.

Blog content and editor access

Published articles and their images are visible to visitors who can access the site. Drafts and editing tools are restricted to the show owner. The editor uses the signed-in email address supplied by the hosting platform to check owner access. Article text and uploaded cover images are stored through the site’s hosting services.

External links and images

Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Articles may also display images hosted by other services; loading those images can send technical information to the image provider.

Questions and requests

For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent to the show, email info@nitrocfb.com. Please describe your request without including sensitive information you do not need to share.

Updates

We may update this statement when the site’s features or information practices change. The date above identifies the most recent update.
